Daily rental prices in Istanbul run from €40 to €250 depending on the model. The price of each of the 15 models is on the price list page, and the total for your dates appears in the reservation summary. Compulsory third-party insurance and a helmet are included in the daily price. Weekly rentals get 10% off the daily rate and rentals of 30 days or more get 20% off.

Yes, a valid driving licence is required for all rentals. For the 50cc scooter a standard B (car) licence is sufficient. Motorcycles up to 125cc need an A1 licence. Maxi scooters up to 400cc and the 250cc manual models need an A2 licence. Large-displacement motorcycles, such as the BMW GS series, need a full A licence. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) with the original.

Yes, the 50cc Yamaha NEOS 4 can be rented with a standard B (car) licence. All other models need a motorcycle licence: A1 up to 125cc, A2 for scooters up to 400cc and the 250cc manual bikes, and A for the large motorcycles. Renting without a valid licence is not possible.

Yes, European driving licences are valid in Turkey. We accept licences from all EU countries, the UK, Australia and most other countries. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, you need an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with the original licence.

The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 21. For premium large-displacement motorcycles (for example the BMW GS series), riders must be at least 25 years old and hold a full A licence.

Yes. The minimum rental period is 1 day. Rentals of 7 days or more receive a 10% discount on the daily rate and rentals of 30 days or more receive a 20% discount. To extend a rental during your trip, message us on WhatsApp; we check availability and update the total.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day); hourly rental is not offered. Longer rentals have a lower daily rate: Weekly rentals (7+ days) receive a 10% discount. Monthly rentals (30+ days) receive a 20% discount.

Yes. Rentals of 30 days or more get 20% off the daily rate. A monthly rental includes 3,500 km in total; above that the extra-kilometre fee applies. The security deposit and the licence rules are the same as for daily rentals. The monthly rental page lists the conditions.

Yes. The daily limit depends on engine size: 150 km for 50 to 500 cc, 200 km for 600 to 900 cc and 250 km for 1000 cc and above. Monthly rentals include 3,500 km in total. Above the limit, a charge of €0.15 per extra kilometre applies. If your trip needs a different arrangement, ask us before booking.

Bring your original driving licence (and IDP if applicable), your passport or national ID card, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. Digital copies are not accepted.

Compulsory third-party liability insurance (traffic insurance) is included in every rental at no extra cost. It covers damage to other vehicles and injury to third parties. It does not cover damage to or theft of the rented motorcycle. Comprehensive cover is optional and available for an additional €15/day.

The included compulsory insurance does not cover damage to the rented motorcycle, theft of the motorcycle, tyre punctures, damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, damage from racing or off-road use, or damage from wilful negligence. The optional comprehensive cover at €15 per day protects against most of these situations.

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Turkey. If the motorcycle develops a mechanical fault that was not caused by the rider, we arrange a replacement or refund the rental days you lost. Tyre punctures are the responsibility of the renter.

Yes. We deliver to hotels and addresses in Istanbul, including Taksim, Beşiktaş, Kadıköy, Şişli and Sultanahmet. The delivery fee depends on the distance and the exact amount is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. Pickup at our office in Mecidiyeköy is free. We hand the motorcycle over in person and go through the controls with you.

Yes. Delivery to or return at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) costs €60 one-way; each direction is charged separately. Share your flight number when booking so we can follow your arrival, also when the flight is delayed. Handovers outside office hours are arranged in advance.

One-way rentals between our Istanbul and Antalya offices are available. Drop-off at places around Istanbul such as Şile, Sapanca or Yalova can be arranged for an additional delivery fee. Contact us when booking to confirm availability and the fee.

Our Istanbul office is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Sundays. Airport handovers outside these hours are possible by prior arrangement. You can write to us on WhatsApp at any time; messages are answered during office hours.

A security deposit is required for first-time rentals and is taken at pickup. The amount depends on the class: €150 for scooters, €300 for manual motorcycles, €500 for adventure bikes, and €700 for premium large-displacement bikes. It is refunded in full when the motorcycle is returned in the agreed condition. The deposit is separate from the online prepayment.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY) and bank transfer for advance bookings. When you book online you pay a 20% prepayment by card through iyzico and the rest at pickup; you can also pay the full amount online.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time, the online prepayment is refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup, or if the motorcycle is not collected, the prepayment is not refunded. Date or model changes are free up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Refunds go back to the card used and can take 3-14 business days.

If your flight is delayed, message us on WhatsApp and we move your pickup time at no charge. If your flight is cancelled, contact us as soon as you know. Date changes depend on availability, and the cancellation rule above applies if you cancel the booking.
