2. Main Features of the Service

• Service: rental of the motorcycle or scooter model you select on the site for the dates and times you state in the reservation. The model, dates, branch and number of days are shown in the reservation summary.
• A rental day is a period of 24 hours.
• Daily distance limit: 150 km for 50-500 cc vehicles, 200 km for 600-900 cc vehicles, 250 km for vehicles of 1000 cc and above.
• Compulsory third-party liability (traffic) insurance is included in the rental price. Comprehensive insurance is optional and subject to an additional daily fee.
• The minimum rental age is 21; for large-displacement motorcycles you must be at least 25 and hold a full A licence. A valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle class is required.
• Only the person who rents the vehicle may ride it.

3. Total Price and How It Is Calculated

The total rental price is calculated by multiplying the daily rental price of the model you select by the number of rental days, and is shown in the reservation summary before you confirm the reservation. Prices include applicable taxes. The price is shown in Turkish lira on the Turkish version of the site and in euros on the other language versions.

Additional charges depending on your choices and use:

• Handover or return at an airport: 60 euros one-way (each direction is charged separately).
• Delivery to a custom address: the fee depends on the distance; the exact amount is communicated to you before the reservation.
• Late return: a late fee per hour applies if the vehicle is returned after the agreed time.
• Bridge and motorway tolls: the amount you used is collected at return.
• Loss and damage: fixed fees apply for loss of the registration document, licence plate, key and equipment.

The current amounts of the late, loss and damage fees are shown on the Rental Terms and Fees page. You are not charged any additional fee for using the site to make a reservation.

4. Payment

For reservations where online payment is offered, 20 percent of the total rental price is collected as a prepayment at the time of reservation; if you prefer, you can pay the full amount. The balance is paid when the vehicle is handed over. For these reservations, confirming the reservation creates an obligation to pay.

For reservations where no online payment is taken, the reservation request is free of charge and the full rental price is paid when the vehicle is handed over.

Online payments are collected through the payment institution iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.) by debit or credit card with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are not seen or stored by the seller.

5. Deposit

When the vehicle is handed over, a deposit determined by vehicle class is taken: 150 euros for scooters, 300 euros for manual motorcycles, 500 euros for adventure motorcycles and 700 euros for large-displacement motorcycles. The deposit is not part of the rental price and is separate from the online prepayment; it is returned in full when the vehicle is brought back in the agreed condition.

6. Handover and Performance

The vehicle is handed over at the pickup branch you select in the reservation or at the agreed delivery address, on the stated date and time.

At handover you must have with you the original of your driving licence, the original of your ID card or passport, and a debit or credit card for the deposit. Digital copies of documents are not accepted.

If the seller is unable to hand over the reserved vehicle, the seller notifies you within three days of becoming aware of this and refunds the full amount collected online within 14 days of the notification at the latest.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for vehicle rental contracts to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period. You therefore do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal for this reservation.

The cancellation terms below apply instead.

8. Cancellation, Change and Refund Terms

• For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time, if an online prepayment was taken, the full prepayment is refunded.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup time, and if the vehicle is not collected, the online prepayment is not refunded.
• Changes of date and model are carried out free of charge, subject to availability, at least 48 hours before the pickup time.
• Refunds are made through iyzico to the card used for payment; it may take 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on the account.

9. Complaints and Remedies

You can send complaints and requests to the seller through the contact details in Section 1.

In the event of a dispute you may apply, for claims below the monetary limit set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, and for claims above that limit to the Consumer Court. Applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case with the Consumer Court.

10. Confirmation

By ticking the box "I have read and accept the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Rental Terms" in the reservation form, you confirm that you received the information in this form before confirming the reservation.
