1. How to Apply

The Communiqué also allows applications through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address; if you wish to use this method, you can contact us at the email address above.

If the application is made on your behalf by a representative, a copy of the power of attorney containing specific authority for this matter is attached to the application.

2. Information Required in the Application

Under the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller, an application must include:

• First and last name; signature if the application is in writing.
• For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish ID number; for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number or ID number if any.
• Residential or business address for notifications.
• Email address, telephone number and fax number for notifications, if any.
• The subject of the request.

You can attach information and documents supporting your request.

4. Conclusion of the Application

Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request and within 30 days at the latest from the date it reaches us. If the process involves an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

If your application is rejected, if you find the reply insufficient or if no reply is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the reply and in any case within 60 days of the date of application.

5. Identity Verification and Processing of the Data in This Form

To prevent your data from being disclosed to someone else, we need to verify your identity; where we cannot, we may ask you for additional information or documents. You do not need to attach a copy of your identity document to the application.

The personal data you send with this form is processed only to assess and conclude your application and to prove that this was done (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-e), and is kept for 3 years from the date the application is concluded.
